Selecting the CI Module for Pay-TV
If you have purchased a subscription for watching scrambled programmes with a Pay TV provider
you should have received a CI card. You will have to insert the CI card into the Common-Interface
slot (12) in order to be able to watch scrambled programmes. If you have several cards from different
providers, you can choose the desired card from the menu after inserting it. Proceed as follows:
1. Open the “DTV” menu. To do this, press the MENU button (50) on the remote control, press
the or buttons (32) to navigate to the fourth option and press .
2. Press or (32) on the remote control to select the option “Advanced Setting” and press OK
to open the “DTV/Advanced Setting” submenu.
3. Press or (32) on the remote control to select “CI” and press or (32) to display the list
of CI modules.
4. Press or (32) on the remote control to select the desired CI card and press OK (32) to
conrm.
Timer Settings for Digital Channels
Your LT 1510 allows specic programmes to be scheduled via the Electronic Program Guide (see
page 33 - Electronic Program Guide [EPG]). When scheduled, the LT 1510 will switch automatically
to the desired channel at the start of the programme so that you won’t miss any more programmes.
However, in order for this function to work properly, the date and time must be correctly set. Never-
theless, date and time are normally being broadcast directly from the digital channels.
1. Open the “DTV” menu. To do this, press the MENU button (50) on the remote control, press
the or buttons (32) to navigate to the fourth option and press .
2. Press or (32) on the remote control to select “Time” and press or OK (32) to open the
time setting menu.
3. We recommend that you use the “Auto” setting. Press / / / (32) on the remote con-
trol to select and press OK (32) to conrm.
