For example, press the numeric button 5 to assign the channel to the “Movies” group.

Then you will be able to choose the channel groups easily via the quick selection function and also
to choose the desired channel from a list. See page 43 – Quick Selection of Channels.
Deleting All Digital TV Channels
If you are not satised with the assignment, order or quantity of digital TV channels, you can erase
them all and execute a new channel search.
To delete all digital TV channels from the memory:
1. Open the “DTV” menu. To do this, press the MENU button (50) on the remote control, press
the or buttons (32) to navigate to the fourth option and press .
2. Press or (32) on the remote control to select the option “Ch. Manage” and press OK to
open the “DTV/Channel Manage” submenu.
3. Press or (32) on the remote control to select “Del TV Ch.” and press OK (32) to conrm.
4. Press or to select the option "Yes" from the safety prompt that appears and press OK (32)
to completely delete all digital TV channels.
Or select “No” and press OK (32) to cancel the process.
Deleting all Digital Radio Broadcasting Channels
If you are not satised with the assignment, order or quantity of digital radio channels, you can erase
them all and execute a new channel search.
To delete all digital radio channel from memory:
1. Open the “DTV” menu. To do this, press the MENU button (50) on the remote control, press
the or buttons (32) to navigate to the fourth option and press .
2. Press or (32) on the remote control to select the option “Ch. Manage” and press OK to
open the “DTV/Channel Manage” submenu.
3. Press or (32) on the remote control to select “Del Radio Ch.” and press OK (32) to con-
rm.
4. Press or to select the option "Yes" from the safety prompt that appears and press OK (32)
to completely delete all digital radio channels.
Or select “No” and press OK (32) to cancel the process.
Advanced Settings for Digital Channels
Digital television offers many advantages compared to traditional analogue TV broadcasts: not only
that picture and sound quality are much better, but also that plenty of additional information is broad-
cast over the same channel. This includes multiple audio and subtitle languages as well as rating
information for the child lock (you may also be familiar with these features from DVD players).
