Thon aux rondelles d'orange
(4 personnes)
4 steaks de thon frais (170g chacun)
1 orange
1 c. à soupe de persil haché
Sel, Poivre
Préparation
1) Épluchez l'orange et coupez-la en rondelles d'env. 5 mm d'épaisseur.
2) Chauffez l'appareil (niveau de cuisson 3).
3) Placez les steaks de thon sur le gril préchauffé, saupoudrez de persil, salez
et poivrez.
4) Placez les rondelles d'orange sur les steaks de thon et grillez le tout 6 8 minutes.
5) Avant de servir, retirez les rondelles d'orange grillées.
Position « Gril à panini »
Panini épinards et fromage
250 g d'épinards en branches
1 oignon
1 gousse d'ail
1 c. à soupe d'huile
2 cc de jus de citron
1 pincée de sel (et de poivre)
4 tranches de toast/pain blanc
40 g de beurre aux fines herbes
75 g de mozzarella
20 g de pignons de pin
Préparation
1) Équeutez les épinards et lavez-les.
2) Pelez l'oignon et la gousse d'ail, hachez-les finement puis faites-les blondir
dans de l'huile bien chaude. Rajoutez les épinards. Assaisonnez avec le jus
de citron, le sel et le poivre.
3) Badigeonnez le toast de beurre aux herbes aromatiques.
4) Coupez la mozarella en tranches.
5) Répartissez la mozarella et les épinards égouttés sur 2 tranches de pain et
parsemez de pignons de pin.
6) Recouvrez les paninis d'une deuxième tranche de toast.
7) Placez les paninis avec précaution sur le paninimaker préchauffé sur le
niveau de cuisson 3/Max.
8) Avec la fermeture de sécurité , réglez l'écartement souhaité de la plaque
chauffante supérieure et fermez le couvercle.
9) Attendez que les paninis aient bien doré et bruni. Ensuite, retirez-les du gril à
panini.
