The fixed reflector (14) installed in the grill compartment (12) prevents
the working space in front of the grill from becoming excessively hot.
5.2 Removing / Inserting the grill tray (11)
Wear oven gloves to avoid getting burnt.
To avoid getting burnt, wait until the grill tray (11) has cooled down completely before removing
it.
Please note that the grill tray (11) should always be
inserted such that the handle holder (arrow) on the
grill tray (11) points forward. This is the only way it is
possible to use the handle (9).
Removing:
Use the handle (9) provided to remove the grill tray (11). Guide it into the handle holder from above.
Now pull the grill tray (11) carefully forwards out of the grill tray holder (13).
The grill tray (11) gets very hot. Always place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Inserting:
Use the handle (9) provided to insert the grill tray (11). Guide it into the handle holder from above.
The grill tray holders (13) to the left and right of the grill allow you to select between 7 different heights. When choosing a height, make
sure that the food will fit and not get stuck on the grill casing or come into contact with the heating element (6) when inserted.
Now push the grill tray (11) carefully backwards into of the grill tray holders (13).
Remove the handle (9) so it does not get too hot during the grilling process.
5.3 The grease collection tray (10)
Place the grease collection tray (10) on the base of the grill compartment (12) in order to catch any liquids dripping out of the food.
Use the handle (9) provided to insert or remove the grease collection tray (10). Guide it into the handle holder from above.
Please note that the grease collection tray (10) should
always be inserted such that the handle holder
(arrow) points forward. This is the only way it is
