Postup:
Zbavte pstruha vnútorností, umyte, vysušte papierovou utierkou a urobte 3 diagonálne zárezy.
Položte rybu na kus alobalu, dostatočne veľký na jej obalenie.
Narežte citrón a cesnak na plátky a vložte dovnútra pstruha spolu s umytými bylinkami. Okoreňte
pstruha a pokvapkajte olivovým olejom. Zabaľte rybu do alobalu a pečte 20 až 30 minút na
plechu na strednom držiaku (3) rúry, ktorú ste predhriali na 10 minút na 200 °C s
horným/spodným ohrevom.

Ingrediencie:
Zmes na pečenie chleba podľa vášho výberu
Múka na formovanie cesta
Slnečnicové, sezamové, makové alebo podobné semienka na posypanie povrchu.
Postup:
Pripravte zmes na pečenie chleba podľa pokynov, vymieste cesto a nechajte vykysnúť.
Z cesta urobte malé rožky a nechajte znova kysnúť na plechu na pečenie pokrytom papierom
neprepúšťajúcom mastnotu na teplom mieste po dobu 40 minút, pokým sa nezväčšia. Predhrejte
rúru na asi 10 minút na 230 °C s horným/spodným ohrevom. Dôkladne rožky navlhčite sprejom
alebo kefkou, urobte zárez navrchu a posypte semienkami alebo múkou podľa chuti. V závislosti
od veľkosti pečte rožky 10 až 15 minút na spodnom držiaku (3), pokým navrchu mierne
nezhnednú. Nechajte vychladnúť.
Sedliacke zemiaky
Ingrediencie:
300 g zemiakov, voskové
1 pol. lyžica oleja
1 strúčik cesnaku
soľ
čierne korenie
sladká paprika
Postup:
Predhrejte rúru na 10 minút na 200 °C s horným/spodným ohrevom.
Umyte a očistite zemiaky, neškrabajte ich, narežte na plátky a vložte do misky. Zmiešajte olej s
korením a popučeným cesnakom a dôkladne namočte v tejto zmesi zemiaky.
Pokryte plech na pečenie (10) papierom neprepúšťajúcim mastnotu a poukladajte na neho plátky
zemiakov, potom pečte na strednom držiaku (3) v horúcej rúre po dobu pribl. 45 až 55 minút,
pokým nebudú zemiaky upečené.
