Vanilkové croisanty
Urobte približne 30
50 g drvených mandlí (bez šupky)
140 g múky (plus niečo navyše na sformovanie cesta)
40 g cukru
1 vajíčkový žĺtok (veľkosť M)
100 g studeného masla
Soľ
25 g práškového cukru
1 čaj. lyžička vanilkového cukru
Postup:
Hákom na miesenie cesta v mixéri zmiešajte 50 g mandlí, 140 g múky, 40 g cukru, 1 vajíčkový
žĺtok, 100 g studeného masla narazeného na plátky a štipku soli, potom rukami vymieste do
hladkého cesta.
Urobte z cesta guľu, obaľte ju fóliou a nechajte ochladiť na asi 1 hodinu. Pokryte plech na pečenie
(10) papierom neprepúšťajúcim mastnotu a predhrejte rúru na 10 minút na 200 °C s
horným/spodným ohrevom. Cesto sformujte do 2 roliek (s priemerom približne 1,5 cm) na
povrchu posypanom múkou. Každú rolku nakrájajte na 15 malých kusov (s dĺžku pribl. 3 cm).
Vyformujte každý kus cesta na rolku dlhú asi 8 cm a ohnite do tvaru polmesiaca, aby sa vytvoril
tvar croisantu, konce zatlačte do špičiek.
Vanilkové croisanty pečte v predhriatej rúre na strednom držiaku (3) pribl. 12. minút. Zmiešajte
práškový a vanilkový cukor a cez sitko posypte túto zmes na horúce croisanty. Potom nechajte
vanilkové croisanty vychladnúť pribl. 30 minút.
V rúre pečený pstruh
Ingrediencie:
1 pstruh, celý, nespracovaný
½ citróna
1 strúčik cesnaku
1 vetvička rozmarínu
1 vetvička tymianu
1 vetvička petržlenu
Soľ a čierne korenie
Olivový olej
