Gaufres aux pommes
Ingrédients
250 g de margarine ou de beurre
75 g de sucre
4 œufs
250 g de farine
1 CC de levure chimique
125 ml de lait tiède
300 g de pommes (pelées, coupées en dés)
50 g d’amandes ou de noix moulues
1) Battez les œufs en mousse.
2) Ajoutez le sucre et mélangez le tout.
3) Ajoutez le beurre fondu ou la margarine.
4) Incorporez la levure chimique.
5) Incorporez progressivement le lait et la farine en alternance.
6) En dernier lieu, incorporez les amandes ou les noix et les dés de pommes.
7) Mélangez le tout à haute puissance avec le mixeur à main jusqu’à obtenir
une pâte lisse.
Brochette de crevettes
Ingrédients
250 g de crevettes décortiquées de taille moyenne
2 gousses d’ail (finement hachées)
5 CS d’huile d’olive
12 petites tomates (tomates cerise)
1 CS de persil haché
Poivre, sel et poudre de piment
1) Ajoutez l’huile d’olive, l’ail, un peu de poudre de piment, du sel, du poivre et
le persil dans un bol et mélangez le tout.
2) Ajoutez les crevettes et mélangez le tout afin que les crevettes soient largement
recouvertes d’un mélange d’épices et d’herbes.
3) Laissez mariner les crevettes pendant env. 20 minutes dans ce mélange.
4) Embrochez toujours une tomate par alternance avec une crevette sur une
brochette en bois.
5) Faites griller les brochettes pendant env. 5 minutes.
