Stekkött bryns i Sicomatic® econtrol. Den nödvändiga

hälla på vätskan.
Om bitarna är för stora ska de skäras itu, brynas var
för sig och läggas över varandra för färdigkokningen.
Kokkött kokas med 1-1,5 l vätska på grytans botten.
Koktiden beror mycket på köttets kvalitet, ålder,
beskaffenhet och storlek.
Koktiden börjar så snart det gröna området II på tryckin-
dikatorn blir synligt och gäller för en mängd på

Låt grytan svalna före öppningen eller låt ångan
