Con il TRAINING MANAGER si avvia, si arresta
e si interrompe il proprio allenamento.
Tutti i dati presenti nei menu TEMPO e CARDIO
si riferiscono al TRAINING MANAGER in corso.
Da ogni menu, con il tasto T-MANAGER, si
accede al TRAINING MANAGER.
Il PC 9 riceve segnali dalla fascia pettorale.
All’inizio dell’allenamento, premere START.
L’allenamento è stato avviato.
I diversi dati relativi all’allenamento (MENU
TEMPO E FC) sono stati calcolati.
Il RUNNING MAN mostra che il TRAINING
MANAGER è attivo.
Per interrompere l’allenamento,
premere PAUSE.
Per confermare la fine dell’allenamento,
premere nuovamente END.
Nel caso in cui si desideri riprendere il
proprio allenamento, premere EX.
Per resettare i dati relativi all’allenamento (MENU
TEMPO e FC), premere il tasto RESET.
Con il tasto OFF si ritorna alla modalità sleep.
Attenzione: Resettando i dati di allenamento,
l’ultima sessione di allenamento viene
completamente cancellata.
Esaminare i dati di allenamento, prima di
resettare i dati prima dell’inizio di una nuova
sessione.
Premere il tasto YES, per azzerare i dati di
allenamento.
Con il tasto
NO, si interrompe questo
processo.
I dati sono stati resettati.
Per passare alla modalità sleep,
premere OFF.

Se si desidera proseguire l’allenamento,
premere nuovamente il tasto START.
Premere END per terminare l’allenamento.
