Cosa bisogna impostare?
Con i tasti più/meno si sceglie la funzione di
inserimento. L’orario viene impostato nella
voce di menu

Premere ENTER, per richiamare la funzione
di inserimento.

ZONA FC
Modificare l’impostazione attuale?
Premere il tasto CHANGE, per modificare
l’impostazione attuale.
Per ritornare al menu funzione di inserimento,
premere il tasto EX.
È possibile impostare la propria età in cifre.
Premere CHANGE per modificare – alla fine
salvare con il tasto SAVE.
Modificare formato?
Modificare/impostare il valore lampeggiante
con i tasti più/meno.
Premere OK per confermare le impostazioni.
Impostare il valore?
Aumentare/diminuire il valore lampeggiante
con i tasti più/meno.
Premere NEXT per passare alla posizione
successiva.
Salvataggio dell’impostazione?
Per memorizzare ed abbandonare
l’impostazione premere il tasto SAVE.
Il menu di SETTING del PC 9 è
articolato in sette sottomenu.
Di seguito trovate un prospetto delle funzioni
da impostare.
La frequenza cardiaca massima viene calcolata
automaticamente. Per cambiare il valore,
premere il tasto CHANGE.

Nel caso in cui si desideri modificare il valore
limite minimo della zona FITNESS-Zone (FZ),
premere il tasto CHANGE.
Per cambiare il sesso, premere il tasto CHANGE.
Salvare la propria impostazione con SAVE.
Per modificare il proprio peso, premere CHANGE.
Salvare la propria impostazione con SAVE.
Il valore limite minimo della zona HEALTH (HZ)
viene calcolato automaticamente. Se si desidera
modificare questo valore, premere il tasto CHANGE.
Per modificare automaticamente il valore limite
minimo della zona POWER (PZ), premere il tasto
CHANGE.

LINGUA:
Per cambiare la lingua premere il tasto ENTER.
Per passare alla funzione da impostare
precedente/successiva, premere più/meno.
Sottomenu
ZONA FC:
Per cambiare zona cardio premere il tasto ENTER.
Dopo l’inserimento dei suoi dati personali, il
PC 9 calcola automaticamente le frequenze
cardiache massime e le tre zone di allenamento.
In caso di necessità è possibile modificare
manualmente questi valori.
