4.3 RESISTENCIA
El ONYX PRO dispone de un total de 4 Entre-
namientos de Resistencia distintos. Vista gene-
ral de los Entrenamientos de Resistencia:
k Training Resistencia Regenerativo
k Training Resistencia Largo
k Training Resistencia Medio
k Training Resistencia Personal (1 zona de
entrenamiento, intensidad y duración
programable individualmente)
A continuacn se detallará las metas de cada
uno de los entrenamientos. Al utilizar el menú
guíese según el principio básico de funciona-
miento detallado arriba.
Duración y pulso:
Parte principal: 30 min con 55–70 % de la
FC máx. o 70–80 % del UAI.
Metas del entrenamiento
k Training regenerativo activo desps de una
dura competición o durante la preparación
de la temporada. Fomenta la eliminación de
sustancias del metabolismo tras las unidades
de entrenamiento realizadas.
k Adiestramiento del metabolismo de las
grasas.
k Este entrenamiento también es adecuado
para principiantes y aquellos que retoman
la actividad después de un tiempo.
