4.2.3 COMPETICIÓN DE MARATÓN
La función maratón ofrece al corredor un control y evaluación
exactos de la frecuencia cardiaca y de los tiempos durante el
maratón. En los maratones cada kilómetro está indicado al borde
del recorrido. De modo que el corredor puede grabar pulsando
una tecla la frecuencia cardiaca y los tiempos de cada kilómetro
y analizarlos individualmente después del maratón. La función
maratón tiene un total exacto de 43 espacios de memoria y
reconoce automáticamente que el último valor de grabación mide
sólo 195 m y no un kilómetro (la longitud total de un maratón es
42,195 km). También dispone como alternativa al maratón de los
recorridos medio maratón y un cuarto de maratón. Para el mer-
cado americano los recorridos maratón y medio maratón también
están disponibles en millas.
Duración y zona de frecuencia cardiaca:
k Duración ilimitada de entrenamiento
k 3 zonas de frecuencia cardiaca a partir de una frecuencia
calculada automáticamente o programable a su gusto,
u opcionalmente 2 dos áreas de umbral anaeróbico individual
(antes y después del UAI)
Cuando pase por la señalización de kilómetro
pulse la tecla de navegación k NEXT.
