PROCEDIMENTO
• Disporre il tutto su un piatto al centro del piatto
rotante.
• Quando il forno si blocca e viene emesso un
segnale acustico, girare la carne, quindi risistemare
e separare. Proteggete le parti sottili e i punti caldi
con fogli d’alluminio.
• Terminata l'operazione, avvolgere nella stagnola e
lasciare riposare per 10 - 20 minuti, fino al
completo scongelamento.
• Posizionare la carne macinata su un piatto al centro
del piatto rotante.
• Quando il forno si arresta e viene emesso il segnale
acustico, rigirate il cibo. Se possibile, rimuovete le
parti scongelate.
• Dopo avere scongelato il cibo, lasciate riposare per
5 - 10 minuti fino a scongelamento completo.
• Collocare un piatto rovesciato sul piatto rotante e
disporvi sopra il pollame con il petto rivolto verso il
basso.
• Quando il forno si blocca e viene emesso un
segnale acustico, girare la carne. Proteggete le parti
sottili e i punti caldi con fogli d’alluminio.
• Terminata l'operazione, coprire con la stagnola e
lasciare riposare per 30 - 90 minuti, fino al
completo scongelamento.
• Rimuovete tutto l’imballaggio dal dolce.
• Collocatelo su un piatto al centro del piatto rotante.
• Dopo averlo scongelato, tagliare il dolce in fette di
uguale misura lasciando dello spazio fra ogni fetta
e lasciare riposare per 15 - 70 minuti fino a
scongelamento completo.
• Distribuite su un piatto al centro del piatto rotante.
• Quando suona il segnale acustico, cambiare
posizione e rimuovere le fette scongelate.
• Dopo lo scongelamento, separare tutte le fette e
distribuirle su un piatto grande. Coprire il pane con
un foglio di alluminio e lasciarlo riposare 5 - 10
minuti fino a quando sia scongelato completamente.

NOTAS: Scongelamento auotmatica
1. Bistecche e braciole di pesce dovrebbero essere congelati in uno strato.
2. La carne macinata deve essere congelata in spessori sottili.
3. Girare e mettere tra le singole porzioni scongelate un foglio liscio di stagnola.
4. Si consiglia di cucinare il pollame subito dopo lo scongelamento.
5. Per Bistecche, braciole, carne macinata e pollame disporre la carne nel forno come indicato:
