NOTA: Descongelamento Rápido
1. Os bifes e costeletas devem ser congelados numa única camada.
2. A carne picada deve ser congelada numa camada fina.
3. Depois de voltar os alimentos, proteja as porções já descongeladas com pedaços de folha de alumínio.
4. A carne de aves deve ser cozinhada de imediato após o descongelamento.
5. Para o procedimento Ed-1 e Ed-3, distribua os alimentos no forno da seguinte forma:

PROCEDIMENTO
• Coloque um prato virado ao
contrário sobre o prato giratório e
coloque a ave, com o peito virado
para baixo, sobre o prato.
•Quando o forno parar e ouvir o
sinal sonoro, volte e proteja as
partes mais finas e as zonas mais
quentes com folha de alumínio.
•Depois de descongelar, tape com
folha de alumínio e deixe repousar
durante 15 a 30 minutos, até estar
totalmente descongelada.
• Por fim, passe a ave por água.
• Retire toda a embalagem do bolo.
•Coloque-o sobre um prato raso, no
meio do prato giratório.
• Após o descongelamento, corte o
bolo em fatias de tamanho igual,
deixando espaço entre cada fatia e
deixar repousar durante 15 a 60
minutos até estar totalmente
descongelado.
• Coloque o pão sobre um prato
raso, no meio do prato giratório.
Para uma quantidade igual a 1,0
Kg, colocar o pão directamente
sobre o prato giratório.
• Quando o forno parar e ouvir o
sinal sonoro, volte, redistribua e
retire as fatias já descongeladas.
• Após o descongelamento, tape com
folha de alumínio e deixe repousar
5 a 30 minutos, até estar totalmente
descongelado.
