15 g 30 g cebola (picada)
sal, pimenta e noz-moscada
150 g 300 g batatas cozidas (rodelas)
35 g 75 g presunto (cubos)
50 g 100 g natas

Filetes de peixe com molho de caril
Ingredientes

250 g 500 g filete de peixe (arrefecido)
sal
50 g 100 g banana (às fatias)
200 g 400 g molho de caril já preparado

Preparação
1. Junte os espinafres com a cebola e tempere
com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada.
2. Unte o recipiente para gratinar.
3. Faça camadas alternadas com as rodelas de
batata, os cubos de presunto e os espinafres,
sendo que a última camada deve ser de
espinafres.
4. Bata os ovos com as natas, tempere com sal e
pimenta e despeje sobre os legumes.
5. Cubra o preparado com o queijo ralado,
polvilhe com colorau e deixe cozinhar no
programa RÁPIDO COZEDURA EC-7,
"Gratinado".
6. Depois de cozinhar, deixe repousar durante 5
a 10 minutos.
Preparação
1. Unte o recipiente para gratinar e faça
camadas alternadas de rodelas de batata e
courgette.
2. Bata os ovos com as natas, tempere com sal,
pimenta e alho e despeje sobre os legumes.
3. Esmigalhe o queijo Gouda e espalhe sobre o
gratinado.
4. Por fim, polvilhe com as sementes de girassol e
o colorau e deixe cozinhar no programa
RÁPIDO COZEDURA EC-7, "Gratinado".
5. Depois de cozinhar, deixe repousar durante 5
a 10 minutos.
Preparação
1. Coloque os filetes de peixe temperados com sal
sobre um prato com as extremidades viradas
para o centro.
2. Espalhe a banana e o molho de caril já
preparado sobre os filetes.
3. Tape com película para micro-ondas e cozinhe
no programa RÁPIDO COZEDURA EC-6,
"Filetes de peixe com Molho".
4. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante
cerca de 2 minutos.
