PROCEDIMENTO
Coloque os alimentos num prato no
centro do prato giratório.
Quando o forno parar e ouvir o
sinal sonoro, volte os alimentos,
redistribua e separe-os. Proteja as
partes mais finas e as zonas mais
quentes com folha de alumínio.
•Depois de descongelar, embrulhe
em folha de alumínio durante 10 a
15 minutos, até estarem totalmente
descongelados.
Cubra o prato giratório com
película para micro-ondas.
Coloque o pedaço de carne picada
sobre o prato giratório.
Quando o forno parar e ouvir o
sinal sonoro, volte a carne. Se
possível, retire as partes já
descongeladas.
•Depois de descongelar, deixe
repousar durante 5 a 10 minutos,
até estar totalmente descongelada.
