OPERAÇÃO RÁPIDO COZEDURA
& DESCONGELAMENTO
A função RÁPIDO COZEDURA &
DESCONGELAMENTO selecciona automaticamente o
modo e tempo de cozedura correctos. Pode seleccionar
de entre 7 menus de RÁPIDO COZEDURA e 5 menus
de RÁPIDO DESCONGELAMENTO. Tudo aquilo que
precisa de saber sobre esta função automática está
indicado em seguida
:
1. Prima o botão RÁPIDO COZEDURA &
DESCONGELAMENTO uma vez; o visor surge
conforme indicado.
O menu pode ser escolhido premindo o botão
RÁPIDO COZEDURA & DESCONGELAMENTO
até surgir o número do menu pretendido. Consulte
as páginas 121-123 "tabelas de RÁPIDO
COZEDURA & DESCONGELAMENTO".
Para seleccionar um menu de descongelamento,
prima o botão RÁPIDO COZEDURA &
DESCONGELAMENTO pelo menos 8 vezes.
Se premir o botão 8 vezes, a mensagem irá
aparecer no visor. O menu será alterado
automaticamente, se mantiver premido o botão
RÁPIDO COZEDURA & DESCONGELAMENTO.
2. O peso ou a quantidade dos alimentos pode ser
introduzido, rodando o manípulo
TEMPORIZADOR/PESO/PORÇÃO até surgir o
peso/quantidade pretendido.
• Introduza apenas o peso dos alimentos. Não inclua
o peso do recipiente.
• Para alimentos que pesem mais ou menos do que os
pesos/quantidades indicados na tabela de
cozedura, utilize os programas manuais. Para obter
melhores resultados, siga as tabelas de cozedura
incluídas no Livro de Receitas.
3. Para iniciar a cozedura prima o botão
+1min/INICIAR.
Sempre que for necessário efectuar alguma operação
durante a cozedura (ex.: voltar os alimentos), o forno
pára e ouve-se um sinal sonoro, sendo que o tempo de
cozedura restante assim como qualquer outro indicador
começam a piscar no visor. Para retomar a cozedura,
prima o botão +1min/INICIAR.
A temperatura final varia de acordo com a
temperatura inicial dos alimentos. Verifique se
os alimentos estão quentes depois da cozedura.
Se necessário, prolongue o tempo de cozedura
e mude o nível de potência.
NOTA: Se utilizar a função MAIS UM
MINUTO durante a operação de
Rápido cozedura/descongelamento,
os alimentos podem estar demasiado
passados.
Exemplo:
Para cozinhar um Gratinado com 1,0 Kg , utilizando a função Rápido Cozedura EC-7.
2. Introduza o peso rodando o manípulo
TEMPORIZADOR/PESO/PORÇÃO
no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.
3. Prima o botão
+1min/INICIAR.
