Haantje met dragon
I n g r e d i ë n t e n
water
4 halve haantjes van 150 g elk
1 fijngesnipperde ui
1 wortel in stukken
1 teentje knoflook
1 boeketje dragon
½ witte wijn
1 kruidnagel
1 jeneverbes
2 el olie
½ tl kurkuma

Bak de haantjes in de Acticook
®
in de olie, zonder af te dekken. Kruid
met zout en peper. Doe er de ui, de wortel en de ongepelde knoflook
bij, en laat 2 min zonder deksel kleuren op een laag vuur. Doe er
de witte wijn, de jeneverbes, de kruidnagel, 1 eco-dosis water en
dan de helft van het fijngehakte boeketje dragon bij. Parfumeer
met kurkuma. Sluit de Acticook
®
. Kies stand 2 en stel 8 minuten in.
Wanneer de timer rinkelt om aan te geven dat de bereiding begint,
zet u
het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en open de
Acticook
®
. Leg op elk bord een helft van een haantje en bespren-
kel met jus. Versier met de rest van de fijngehakte dragon en dien
op met gebakken Parijse champignons of rijst.
U kunt dit kleurrijke gerecht nog wat extra smaak geven met het
sap
van
één citroen.
