1 snee witte beenham van 1 cm dik, in

1 preiwit

700 g aardappelen
2 kleine takken selder
2 takjes peterselie
1 raap
4 slabladeren
1 el room
1 klontje boter
1 goede snuf nootmuskaat
Zout, peper
Schil de groenten en was ze zorgvuldig. Snij ze allemaal in heel kleine
stukjes. Kleur de hamblokjes goudgeel in de Acticook

zonder deksel.
Giet er het water bij. Voeg de groenten, de boter en de nootmuskaat
toe. Breng op smaak met zout en peper. Sluit de Acticook

. Kies stand
1 en stel 5 minuten in.
Zet het vuur tot ongeveer een derde lager wanneer de timer rinkelt
om aan te geven dat de bereiding begint.
Kies op het einde van de bereidingstijd stand en open de

. Draai de groenten, de ham en het kookvocht door de
groentemolen. Kruid bij. Voeg de room toe.
Vervang de groenten - met uitzondering van de aardappelen -
door biet en de ham door gerookte zalm en u krijgt een heel
geparfumeerde puree met een verbluffende en aangename
gemarmerde roze en beige kleur.
