AVVERTENZA
Durante la fase di ricarica non esporre la batteria e il caricabatterie ai raggi diretti
del sole.

Le batterie devono essere usate solo con i Pedelec veloci SCOTT per i quali sono
state concepite.
AVVISO
Se rimuovete la batteria dal supporto per caricarla (e parcheggiate il Pedelec ve-
loce SCOTT all'aperto durante la carica), consigliamo di coprire i collegamenti, ad
es. con una busta di plastica, per proteggerli da pioggia, umidità e sporco (a). Se i
connettori della batteria sono sporchi, puliteli con un panno umido.
AVVISO
Accertatevi che la batteria non sia completamente scarica (cosiddetto scarica-
mento completo). Questa situazione si verifica spesso ad es. quando il Pedelec
veloce SCOTT viene riposto per qualche giorno dopo aver utilizzato la batteria
fino a esaurimento della carica. Lo scaricamento completo danneggia irrimedia-
bilmente la batteria del vostro Pedelec veloce SCOTT. In alcune circostanze e solo
in casi eccezionali una batteria completamente scarica può essere ricaricata con
uno speciale caricabatterie. Rivolgetevi ad un rivenditore specializzato SCOTT.
AVVISO
Se possibile, rimuovete la batteria dal Pedelec veloce SCOTT quando non viene
utilizzato per lungo tempo. Tenetela pulita e asciutta.
AVVISO
Nel caso in cui fosse necessario sostituire la batteria o il caricabatterie (o parti di
questi), utilizzate esclusivamente ricambi originali. Rivolgetevi ad un rivenditore
specializzato SCOTT.
AVVISO
Non caricate per troppo tempo la batteria se questa non viene utilizzata. Scol-
legate il caricabatterie una volta che la batteria è completamente carica, ossia
quando i 5 LED sulla batteria sono accesi o se l'indicatore di carica della batteria
sulla batteria stessa mostra 5 barre.
AVVISO
Non smaltite la batteria con i normali rifiuti domestici! Lo smaltimento deve
avvenire in conformità alle norme che regolano lo smaltimento delle batterie. Il
rivenditore dovrà quindi ritirare e smaltire la vecchia batteria al momento dell'ac-
quisto della nuova. In caso di dubbi o domande non esitate a contattare il vostro
rivenditore specializzato SCOTT.
AVVERTENZA DI SICUREZZA
Le batterie agli ioni di litio non sono soggette all'effetto memoria. Potete quindi
ricaricare la batteria in qualsiasi momento, senza che questo ne danneggi la capa-
cità di carica.

Fate attenzione ad eventuali indicazioni contenute sull'etichetta adesiva posta
sulla batteria o sul caricabatterie e leggete le istruzioni per l'uso BOSCH sul sito
Internet SCOTT.
MONTAGGIO E SMONTAGGIO DELLA BATTERIA DEL PEDELEC

ATTENZIONE
Prima di montare o smontare la batteria, spegnete il Pedelec veloce dal display.
Mettete la chiave nella serratura della batteria e girarla in senso antiorario
per aprire la serratura (b). È possibile spostare la batteria solo se la serratura
è aperta.
Smontaggio della batteria
Durante l'apertura, la batteria scatta leggermente fuori dal suo ancoraggio
sul tubo obliquo. Estraete con una mano la batteria uscita sollevandola il più
possibile (c). Sbloccate la batteria premendo il fermo di plastica all'estremità
inferiore della batteria con un dito dell'altra mano (d). Quindi, afferrate la
batteria con entrambe le mani (e) e tiratela verso l'alto e indietro per estrarla
