7. PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO OPERATION
- Remove the cover plate (S) after having released the 2 bolts.
- Lock the saw blade using the special key (T).
- Release the bolt holding the saw blade with the flat key.
- Change the saw blade while observing the turning direction.
- Retighten the whole at a force of 15 N/m.
- Fit the cover plate again.
- Let the machine idle run while checking the turning
direction of the saw blade.
- After every saw blade change, the parallel fence must be
re-adjusted.
c. Changing the saw blade (25)(26)
- Make sure the riving knife has a clearance from the saw
blade of about 2 to 8 mm (27).
- The riving knife ensures that the wood does not jam the rear
part of the saw blade.
Important : Only saw blades having the dimensions shown in
the opposite drawing may be used with the machine (26).
Do not use any saw blades made of super high-speed steel
(HSS).
Only tools which conform to European Standard EN 847-1
may be used.
7. UTILISATION DE LA MACHINE
- Retirer la plaquette-lumière (S) après avoir desserrer les 2
vis.
- Bloquer la rotation de la lame à l’aide de la clé spéciale (T).
- Desserrer l’écrou qui la maintient, avec la clé plate.
- Changer la lame en vérifiant l’orientation de celle-ci.
- Revisser bien l’ensemble avec un effort de serrage de 15
N/m.
- Replacer la plaquette-lumière.
- Faites fonctionner la machine à vide afin de vérifier le bon
sens de rotation de la lame.
- A chaque changement de lame, réeffectuer le réglage du
guide parallèle.
c. Changement de la lame (25)(26)
- Vérifier que le couteau diviseur soit à une distance d’environ
2 à 8 mm de la lame (27).
- Le couteau diviseur évite le resserrage du bois sur la lame.
Important : Seules ces dimensions de lame sont autorisées à
être montées sur cette machine (26).
Ne pas utiliser de lame en acier rapide type HSS.
Seuls les outils conformes à l’EN 847-1 doivent être utilisés.
