à l’embout d’aspiration doit être de 20m/s.
• Avant la mise en service, vérifier le guideruban et la
tension du ruban.
• Ne pas utiliser les rubans avec criques ou des rubans
déformés.
• Remplacer l’insert de table lorsque la fente est usée. Il
faut utiliser un poussoir pour les coupes droites contre
la butée parallèle. L’utilisation du poussoir est obliga-
toire lorsque la distance entre la butée parallèle et le
ruban de scie est inférieure à 120 mm. Le poussoir
doit être accroché à l’arrière de la machine lorqu’il
n’est pas utilisé.
• Vous devez changer les poussoirs endommagés ou inu-
tilisables. Vous devrez utiliser une poignée de fixation
pour la coupe de pièces rondes pour éviter qu’elles ne
tournent. Lorsque vous sciez du bois rond, veiller à ce
que la pièce ne tourne pas.
• Pour scier des pièces lourdes ou encombrantes, uti-
liser des moyens appropriés pour soutenir les pièces.
Accessoire spécial: Chevalet roulant. Pour diminuer les
nuisances sonores, vous pouvez éventuellement étayer
vos pièces et veiller à utiliser des lames appropriées.
Placer le guideruban supérieur aussi près que possible
de la pièce. Une fois que vous avez effectué le réglage
en hauteur, vous devez obligatoirement bloquer le mé-
canisme d’ajustage.
• Avec plateau de table incliné, placer la butée longi-
tudinale à la moitié inférieure du plateau de la table.
Après mise hors circuit du moteur, ne pas freiner le
ruban en exerçant sur celui-ci une pression latérale.
Pour retirer des pièces sciées et coincées, le moteur
doit être coupé et le ruban arrêté.
• Même pour de petits changements de place de la ma-
chine, couper toute alimentation externe ! Avant la
remise en service, brancher de nouveau correctement
la machine au secteur. Lorsque vous quittez le poste
de travail, couper le moteur et débrancher la prise
secteur!
• Débranchez toujours la fiche secteur lorsque la ma-
chine n’est pas utilisée. Avant toute mise en service de
la machine, vérifiez toujours : - que les dispositifs de
protection sont en parfait état de marche, - que l’inter-
rupteur fonctionne correctement. N’utilisez pas votre
machine si les dispositifs de protection, l’interrupteur,
les câbles d’alimentation électrique, la fiche secteur
ou d’autres pièces de la machine sont endommagés.
• Attention: pour le transport de la machine, positionnez
toujours vers le bas le guidage supérieur de ruban de
scie et bloquez ce dernier. La porte doit toujours être
fermée et verrouillée.
m Utilisation conforme
La machine satisfait à la directive machine CE en vigueur.
• Avant de commencer à travailler, tous les dispositifs
de protection et de sécurité doivent être montés sur
la machine.
• La machine est conçue pour être utilisèe par une per-
sonne. L’opérateur est responsable des autres person-
nes se trouvant dans l’aire de travail. Respecter toutes
les consignes de sécurité et tous les avertissements
before starting up.
• Do not use nicked saw bands or those that have an al-
tered form. Replace table inserts that have worn saw
slots. If you perform straight cuts against the parallel
limit stop you must use a sliding stick.
• The sliding stick must always be used if the distance
between the parallel limit stop and the saw blade is
less than 120 mm.
• If you do not use the sliding stick it must be stored at
the rear of the machine.
• Defective or non operative sliding sticks must be re-
placed. If you saw round wood you must use an appro-
priate support to prevent the work piece from turning.
When sawing round wood, make sure that the work
piece does not turn.
• For sawing heavy or cumbersome pieces, use the ap-
propriate working aids for bracing. (Special accessory
roller stands).
• Try to support the work pieces and always use the ap-
propriate saw blade to reduce the noise. Place the
upper saw band guide as closely as possible to the
work piece.
• Once the height has been adjusted the adjusting de-
vice must be locked again.
• On slanted table plates, attach the longitudinal stop
on the lower table plate half.
• Do not brake the saw band with side pressure after
switching off.
• Remove work pieces that have become stuck only with
the motor switched off and with the saw band at a
standstill.
• Cut off the external power supply of the machine even
if only minor changes of place are envisaged. Properly
reconnect the machine to the supply mains before re-
commissioning.
• When leaving the work place, switch the motor off. Pull
the power supply plug.
• Always disconnect the mains plug when the machine
is not used.
• Check the machine prior to each operation for func-
tional safety devices, functional switch. Do not use the
machine if the safety devices, the switch, the electrical
supply lines, the plug or other parts are damaged. Cau-
tion: Always place the upper saw blade guidance in the
lowest position and lock it before you transport the ma-
chine. The door must always be closed and locked.
m Use only as authorized
CE tested machines meet all valid EC machine guidelines as
well as all relevant guidelines for each machine.
• All protective and safety device must be mounted on
the machine before beginning work.
• The machine is designed to be operated by one per-
son. The operator is responsible for all other persons
in the working area.
• Observe all safety instructions and warnings attached
