• The specified position for the transport

of the machine must be precisely ob-

served.

• Suspended loads can fall down, entail-

ing life-threatening danger - do not

stand under suspended loads!

• If load attachment points other than

those specified are used, severe dam-

age to the machine can result.

• Positioning the machine at an incline

during transport can cause lubricants,

etc. to spill out; in the event of direct

contact with this skin there is a risk of

skin irritation.

• No persons may be transported along

with the machine.

Transporting the Muli 4000

The conveyor belt with belt width of 25cm

can moved in working position, in other

words unfolded. For this purpose, simply

raise the front and shift the conveyor belt to

the desired position.

For long distance transport or for storage,

however, it is advantageous to fold the con-

veyor belt. To do so, proceed in reverse

sequence as described in the chapter "Un-

folding".

It is advantageous to then store the conveyor

belt on a wooden pallet in order to further

simplify the transport.

Service

Safety instructions for service work

The service work prescribed in the operating

manual - setup, cleaning, lubrication,

maintenance, inspection, etc. - must be per-

formed according to the specified periods.

Prior to performing ser-

vice tasks, the following

points must be observed:

For electric drives

Switch off the central power supply with the

main switch, lock the main switch and hang a

warning sign to prevent restarting.

For tractor drive

Switch off the tractor, pull out the key and

disconnect both hydraulic hoses from the

tractor. Set up a warning sign to prevent

restarting / ignition.

Switching on the machine

during service tasks can

lead to severe bodily

injury and machine dam-

age.

Additional safety instructions

• Make sure that all machine parts have

cooled down to ambient temperature.

• Make sure that appropriate lifting

equipment and load-bearing equip-

ment is available for the replacement

of larger machine parts.

• Unauthorised persons are strictly

prohibited from entering the plant ar-

ea! All persons who are not assigned

with the work on the machine are un-

authorised persons.
