Lengthwise aligning stop and ne tuning
Adjusting the lengthwise aligning stop:
Drive the rail (1) of the transverse cutting gauge to the saw blade.
If the rail (1) and the saw blade are not parallel to one another, loosen the
Allen screw in the stop tube (2) and align the rail (1) parallel to the saw
blade.
Check whether the magnifying glass (3), indicates the zero mark precisely
when the rail (1) is driven against the saw blade. If this is not the case, then
loosen the screws on the magnifying glass (3) and set this to the zero mark.
Fine tuning:
Lock the lever (5) for the ne tuning (4) and leave the lever (7) for the
lengthwise aligning stop open.
Turn the adjusting spindle to carry out ne tuning.
Read off the correct dimension on the magnifying glass (3).
Lock the lever (7) again after the correct adjustment has been carried out.

Using the sliding table
Pull the star knob (1) downwards and turn it so that it does not return to its
starting position. You can now move the sliding table.
You can llock the sliding table in various different positions. To do so pull
the star knob (1) downwards but do not turn it yet - slide the table a little so
that the star knobs (1) no longer latch. Slide the table far enough that the
star knob (1) latches into the desired position.
After use
Drive the sliding table to the stop each time after starting up by pulling it all
the way out. This is necessary to ensure smooth operation of the sliding
table.
Slide the sliding table back to the starting position.
