6.9 Contrôle des fers (56-56A)
Poser une planchette dégauchie sur la table de sortie E et repérer
la position.
En tournant l’arbre à la main dans le sens de la coupe, le tranchant
du fer doit déplacer la planchette de X = 2-3 mm.
Faire cette vérication fer après fer du côté opérateur et du côté
opposé.
Il est impossible de dégauchir correctement sans ces conditions.
6.9 Hobeleisen prüfen (56-56A)
Eine abgerichtete Leiste auf den Abnahmetisch E legen und Position
markieren.
Durch Handdrehen der Antriebswelle im Arbeitslauf, soll die Schneide
des Eisens die Leiste um X = 2-3 mm vorschieben.
Diese Prüfung soll für jedes Eisen auf linker und rechter Seite der
Welle durchgeführt werden.
Das Abrichten kann nur unter diesen Bedingungen einwandfrei
ablaufen.
6.9 To check the knives (56-56A)
Place a planed plank onto the outfeed table E and mark its position.
While turning the cutter block by hand in the cutting way, the plank
should be moved by the edge of a distance X = 2-3 mm.
Check in this way one knife after the other on the operator place
and on the opposite side.
These conditions will determinate the success of a proper planning
work.
