– Arbejd kun med lavt tryk ved mejslingen.
– For stærkt tryk belaster motoren unødvendigt.
– Mejslen slibes rettidigt og udskiftes om nødven-
digt.
m Elektrisk tilslutning
Kontroller regelmæssigt elektriske ledninger for skader.
Sørg for at ledningen ikke er forbundet med strømnettet
ved kontrollen.
Elektriske ledninger skal overholde de relevante VDE-
og DIN-bestemmelser. Brug kun ledninger markeret med
H 07 RN.
At typebetegnelsen skal være trykt på tilslutningskablet
er fastsat ved lov.
Defekte elektriske ledninger
Der opstår ofte isolationsskader på elektriske tilslut-
ningskabler.
Årsager er:
• Tryksteder når ledninger føres gennem vinduer eller
dørspalter.
• Knæksteder på grund af uhensigtsmæssig fastgø-
relse eller føring af ledningerne.
• Snitsteder på grund af, at der køres over tilslutning-
kablet.
• Isolationsskader på grund af udrivning af stikkon-
takten.
• Revner på grund af isoleringens alder.
Sådanne defekte ledninger må ikke anvendes og er på
grund af skaderne på isoleringen livsfarlige!
Vekselstrømsmotor 230 V/ 50 Hz
Strømspænding 230 Volt / 50 Hz.
Strømtilslutning og forlængerledning skal være med 3
ledere = P + N + SL. - (1/N/PE).
Forlængerledninger skal som minimum have et tværsnit
på 1,5 mm².
Strømtilslutningen er sikret med maksimalt 16 A.
Vedligeholdelse
RENGØRING
Bemærk! Stikkontakten skal tages ud.
• Rengør altid maskinen efter arbejdet.
• Støv og snavs skal løbende fjernes fra maskinen.
• Hold således sikkerhedsanordninger, ventilationska-
naler og motorhus fri for støv og snavs.
• Rengør maskinen med en ren klud eller blæs den
ren med trykluft ved lavt tryk.
• Alle bevægelige dele skal regelmæssigt smøres.
• Brug ikke rengørings- eller opløsningsmidler, da så-
danne midler kan ødelægge maskinens plastdele.
Sørg for, at der ikke trænger vand ind i maskinens
indre.
– Excessive pressure loads the motor unneces-
sarily.
– Sharpen the chisels in time and replace, if nec-
essary.
m Electrical connection
Check power supply cables regularly for damage. Make
sure that the power cable is not connected to the mains
supply when you check.
Electrical connections must comply with the relevant
VDE and DIN regulations. Only use connecting cables
with H 07 RN mark.
An imprint of the type designation on the power cable
is mandatory.
Faulty power supply cables
Insulation damage often occurs at power supply cables.
Causes are:
• Pressure points when power supply cables are rout-
ed through the window or door gaps.
• Bends due to improper fastening or guiding of the
power supply cables.
• Interfaces by running over the power supply cables.
• Insulation damage by pulling off the wall outlet.
• Cracks due to ageing of the insulation.
Such defective power supply cables must not be used
and are extremely dangerous to life because of the
insulation damage!
AC motor 230 V / 50 Hz
Mains voltage 230 V / 50 Hz
Power supply and extension cord must be 3-wire = P +
N + SL. - (1/N/PE).
Extension cables must have a minimum cross section
of 1.5 mm².
The mains supply is secured up to 16 A.
Maintenance
CLEANING
Caution! Disconnect the mains plug!
• Clean the machine each time after completing work.
• • The machine should be cleaned regularly to re-
move dust and dirt.
• Keep safety devices, air vents and the motor housing
as dust and dirt-free as possible.
• Clean the device with a clean cloth, or blow it out
with compressed air at low pressure.
• All moving parts are to be re-greased at periodic
intervals.
• Do not use detergents or solvents as these might
damage the plastic parts of the device. Make sure
that no water can get inside the device.
