Bereiding van diepvriesgroenten
Gebruik een ovenvaste glazen schaal met deksel.
Kook de groente de aangegeven minimumtijd - zie tabel. Ga desgewenst door
met koken tot u het gewenste resultaat bereikt.
Roer het gerecht tijdens de bereiding tweemaal en na de bereiding eenmaal
door. Voeg zout, kruiden en boter toe na het koken. Houd het gerecht tijdens het
nagaren afgedekt.

Bereiding van verse groenten
Gebruik een ovenvaste glazen schaal met deksel. Voeg 30-45 ml koud water (2-3
eetl.) toe per 250 gr. groente, tenzij anders vermeld - zie tabel. Kook de groente
de aangegeven minimumtijd - zie tabel. Ga desgewenst door met koken tot u het
gewenste resultaat bereikt. Tijdens en na de bereiding een keer doorroeren. Voeg
zout, kruiden en boter toe na het koken. 3 minuten laten nagaren met het deksel
erop.
Tip: Snijd de groente in stukken van gelijke grootte. Hoe kleiner de stukken,
des te sneller zijn ze gaar.
