Sendvič z zrezkom na žaru, hrenom, mini slivovimi paradižniki in vodno krešo

2 debeli rezini hrustljavega kruha (npr. s kislim testom ali čabata)

1 zrezek (rostbif)

2 jedilni žlici hrenove omake

2–3 narezani mini slivovi paradižniki

majhna pest vodne kreše

črni poper

Pecite zrezek do želene prepečenosti na vročem žaru 2–3 minute. Odstranite in pustite počivati 5 minut.

Medtem premažite obe strani hrustljavega kruha s hrenovo omako, nanjo položite zrezek, paradižnike,

vodno krešo in začinite s črnim poprom. Drugo rezino kruha položite na prvo in sendvič dajte žar ter ga

pecite 2 minuti, dokler kruh ni povsem pregret in rahlo hrustljav.
