NAMEŠČANJE PLOŠČ
1. Plošči namestite eno za drugo.
2. Spodnja plošča žara ima dva majhna zaklopca, po enega na vsaki strani. Zgornja plošča žara ima en
velik zaklopec na sredini.
3. Pri zgornji plošči vstavite zaklopec v režo na tisti strani naprave, kjer je tečaj.
4. Pri spodnji plošči žara vstavite zaklopca v reži na zadnji strani naprave.
5. Drugi rob plošče pritisnite v stran z ročico, da se zaskoči.
6. Na mestih, kjer se dotakneta zgornja in spodnja plošča, so lahko na površinah, zaščitenih s premazom
proti sprijemanju, opazni znaki obrabe. To je le kozmetična napaka, ki ne vpliva na delovanje žara.
ČASI KUHANJA IN VARNOST HRANE
Ti navedeni časi naj vam služijo zgolj kot vodilo. Veljajo, kadar na žaru pečete svežo ali povsem odmrznjeno
hrano in ste izbrali 3. nastavitev temperature. Za bolj občutljivo hrano ali če imate raje manj hrustljavo
zapečeno ali bolj surovo hrano, izberite eno od nižjih nastavitev. Določeni so za svežo ali popolnoma
odmrznjeno hrano, kuhano s srednjo temperaturo. Pri kuhanju zamrznjenih živil prištejte 2–3 minute za
morsko hrano in 3–6 minut za meso ter perutnino, odvisno od debeline in gostote hrane. Če imate radi
povsem pečeno/hrustljavo hrano ali hitrejši čas pečenja, izberite 4. nastavitev temperature.
Pri kuhanju predpakiranih živil upoštevajte smernice na embalaži ali nalepki.
