NEKAJ RECEPTOV ZA ZAČETEK
OBIČAJNI NAČIN ŽARA
Na žaru pečen tunov zrezek s skorjico črnega popra
2 sveža tunova zrezka
15 gr sveže grobo mletega črnega popra
25 gr moke s ščepcem soli
1 jajce (stepeno)
krušne drobtine (iz 1 rezine svežega belega ali polnozrnatnega kruha)
V ločene posode dajte moko, jajce, krušne drobtine in črni poper. Tunov zrezek najprej pomočite v moko,
nato v stepeno jajce, potem v krušne drobtine in na koncu še v grobo mleti črni poper. Ribo potapkajte, da
zagotovite dober oprijem panade.
Položite panirana tunova zrezka na vroč žar in pecite 2–3 minute ali 12 minuti, če imate raje surov zrezek.
NASTAVITEV ŽARA ZA TOPLJENJE
Kruh s topljenimi tremi siri, česnom in šampinjoni
1 mini francoska bageta, hrustljava žemljica ali čabata
nekaj kapljic olivnega olja (če želite, uporabite aromatizirano olje, npr. z baziliko ali čilijem)
25 gr naribanega staranega sira cheddar
25 gr naribane mocarele
25 gr naribanega grojerja ali ementalerja
3–4 šampinjone (tanko narezane)
1 strok česna (strt)
majhna pest svežega listnega peteršilja (nasekljan)
Kruh prerežite vzdolžno po sredini, obe polovici pokapljajte z oljem in premažite s strtim česnom. Obe
polovici obložite s tremi siri, nato peteršiljem in na koncu še s šampinjoni. Pecite na predhodno ogretem
žaru v načinu topljenja 34 minute oziroma dokler se vsi siri ne stopijo.
Panini s kruhom s semeni, prekajeno slanino, sirom Stilton in praženimi orehi
2 debeli rezini kruha s semeni (uporabite lahko tudi kruh z orehi ali polnozrnatni kruh)
5 ml olivnega olja ali masla
50 gr sira Stilton
2 rezini prekajene slanine
2–4 orehe
majhna pest svežih listov rukole za serviranje
Orehe pražite na vročem žaru 1–2 minute, pustite, da se malo ohladijo, in jih na grobo nasekljajte. Nato na
žaru pecite rezini slanine približno 2–3 minute do želene stopnje hrustljavosti. Odstranite in jih položite na
papirnato kuhinjsko brisačko.
Pokapajte obe rezini kruha z olivnim oljem ali ju premažite z maslom. Po vrhu potresite zdrobljen sir Stilton,
nato dodajte slanino in orehe. Pecite na žaru v načinu topljenja 3 minute. Postrezite z listi rukole ali solato
