1 pimento amarelo, sem sementes e picado 1J feijões vermelhos
1 pimento laranja, sem sementes e picado 1J tomates aos pedaços
1t coentros em pó 2t cominhos em pó
1T de concentrado de tomate 1t açúcar
8 5 0m caldo de legumes 2T malagueta moída
2T molho de tomate picante 2T orégãos secos
120-140m cuscuz
para servir:
queijo ralado natas azedas
pequeno molho de coentros, picados
Abra a tampa. Adicione o óleo. Selecione S no menu e prima v. Adicione a cebola e o alho.
Cozinhe até as cebolas ficarem macias. Coe os feijões e adicione-os. Reserve os cuscuz. Adicione
os restantes ingredientes. Prima w duas vezes para parar o programa. Feche a tampa. Selecione
i. Adicione os cuscuz 30 minutos antes de a cozedura terminar. Se a cozedura já terminou,
selecione S no menu e cozinhe cerca de 20 minutos adicionais. Sirva numa tigela com um
punhado de queijo, um pouco de natas azedas e uma pitada de coentros frescos. Para um chilli
vegetariano clássico, não coloque os cuscuz.

Abra a tampa. Adicione o leite. Selecione S no menu e prima v. Deixe o leite aquecer até
começar a borbulhar nos rebordos. Prima w duas vezes para parar o programa. Aguarde que o
leite arrefeça até se encontrar entre 37°C e 45°C. Misture o iogurte no leite. Deverão ser muito
bem misturados ou o iogurte formará caroços. Feche a tampa. Selecione g no menu e prima
v. Aguarde o programa terminar. Coloque o iogurte no frigorífico para arrefecer
completamente. Aqueça as bagas gentilmente num tacho. Adicione o mel. Quando as bagas
começarem a amolecer, remova do fogão, deixe arrefecer e, em seguida, misture no iogurte. Se
quiser armazenar o iogurte, terá de esterilizar os jarros que for utilizar. Aqueça-os no forno a
100°C durante 10 minutos. O iogurte mantém-se conservado no frigorífico até 2 semanas.
