seconds.
3 - Once you have chosen the sound you wish to hear, confirm you choice by pressing button (7) . If you
don't press anything, the sound is selected automatically after 7 seconds. The corresponding symbol
remains lit to show you that the sound is selected.
=> The "Invigorating" wakeup programme is selected. The corresponding symbol remains lit to
show that this is the wakeup programme selected for the following morning. To turn off this
programme, press button (7) .
When this wakeup programme is selected, you can choose the settings that you wish:
1 - A choice of five sounds, the radio or light only.
2 - Volume level adjustment
3 - Light level adjustment
4 - Sunrise light duration (15, 30 or 45 minutes)
Procedure:
Step 1: Choose between the five sounds, the radio or light only.
Press button (9) . for at least two seconds. All of the light up symbols corresponding to the sounds will blink.
- Using button (20) you can then move between the various blinking symbols that represent the sounds:
(14) (15) (16) (17) (18) and FM. Then you will hear the various sounds play for a few
seconds.
- If you have chosen to have the radio wake you up: you can change the selected station by pressing the +
/- buttons (5) and (6).
- Once you have chosen the sound or the radio station that you wish to hear, confirm you choice by pressing
button (9) . If you don't press anything, the sound is selected automatically after 7 seconds. The
corresponding symbol remains lit to show you that the sound is selected.
Step 2: Volume level adjustment:
- Press the volume + / – level button (22) to raise or lower the volume. Once you have made your choice,
press button (9) . The volume level is selected for the next wakeup.
If you do not wish to be woken by sound, but by light only:
choose level 0 using button (22) .
Step 3: Light level adjustment:
- Press the light level +/- button (21) to increase or reduce the light level. Once you have made your
choice, press button . The light level is selected for the next wakeup.
Step 4: Setting the sunrise light rise duration (15, 30 or 45 min):
- The time displayed by the LCD is replaced by a number that shows how long it will take for the light to rise to
full intensity: 15, 30 or 45 minutes. This number blinks. To make your choice, press the + or – buttons (5) or
(6). Press button (9)

once again and the sunrise light duration is set.
10-Setting the PERSONALISED wakeup programme (Button 9)
IMPORTANT: The light level on your dawn simulator is displayed as 0 to 10 on the
LCD. When you select 0, the light is switched off. When choosing your settings for the first
time, it may not be easy to choose the ideal light level. Try to imagine that this is how
much light you will wake up with in the morning. If in doubt, choose a medium level
setting of 5. Remember that at any time you can adjust your choice by following the
instructions described in (b) in Point 3
