2) INVIGORATING wakeup
The Invigorating wakeup programme uses a peppy light ranging from red-orange
to light yellow tones. This "sunrise" lasts for 15 minutes, until the wakeup time that
you set, followed by invigorating music to start the day on a positive note, full of
energy.
3) PERSONALISED wakeup
This wakeup programme lets you adjust the "sunrise" duration and "sound"
selections to match your preferences for the day, with sunrise lasting 15, 30 or 45
minutes.
- SOFT SLEEP function :
Thanks to the "soft sleep" function you can set your dawn simulator in the evening,
so that the light will fade out gradually (over 15, 30 or 60 minutes) as you drift off
to sleep.
When this wakeup programme is selected, you can choose between three relaxing sounds:
(14) - Wind chime
(15) - Birds singing
(16) - Sea and waves
Procedure:
1 - Press (for two seconds) button (8) .
2 - Then you can move between the blinking symbols displayed that represent the various sounds:
(14) , (15) and (16) using button (20) . Then you will hear the various sounds play for a few
seconds.
3 - Once you have chosen the sound you wish to hear, confirm you choice by pressing button (8) . If you
don't press anything, the sound is selected automatically after 7 seconds. The corresponding symbol
remains lit to show you that the sound is selected.
=> The "Gentle" wakeup programme is selected. The corresponding symbol remains lit to show that
this is the wakeup programme selected for the following morning. To turn off this programme, press
button (8) .
When this wakeup programme is selected, you can choose between two invigorating sounds:
(17) - Percussions
(18) - Tibetan gong
Procedure:
1 - Press (for two seconds) button (7) .
2 - Then you can move between the various blinking symbols displayed that represent the various sounds:
