a) Sounds and FM radio
Your dawn simulator offers you a choice of five sounds as well as the radio for waking up and/or falling asleep:
1 - Wind chime (14) (Gentle wakeup)
2 - Birds singing (15) (Gentle wakeup)
3 - Sea and waves (16) (Gentle wakeup)
4 - Percussion (17) (Invigorating wakeup)
5 - Tibetan Gong (18) (Invigorating wakeup)
6 - Radio (19) FM
Refer to Points 8, 9 and 10 for how to adjust the various sounds in line with your wakeup choice.
b) Volume level and light intensity (Buttons 21-22)
- Light intensity adjustment button using +/- (21) = to increase or decrease the amount of light.
- Sound volume adjustment button using +/- (22) = to increase or reduce the sound or radio volume.
Before using the appliance for the first time
1 - Place your appliance on a flat, stable surface near your bed, like your night table, for example.
2 - Plug the power cord into the mains power outlet:
➢ The time digits are displayed (00:00) and blink.
3 - Now you can start to set the time. To do this refer to Point 5 – Setting the time.
IMPORTANT !
If you feel that the light is too strong for your wakeup time, reduce the light intensity by referring to
heading (b) in Point 3.
• Press button (2) once: the hour digits blink.
• Then press the + or - buttons (5 or 6) to scroll the hours.
•Press button (2) again to freeze the hours and move on to setting the minutes.
• The minute digits blink.
• Press the + or - buttons (5 or 6) to scroll the minutes.
• Press button (2) again to freeze the minutes.
Now the time is set.
- Press button (3) : the hour digits blink.
- Then press the + or - buttons (5 or 6) to scroll the hours.
- Press button (3) again to freeze the hours and move on to setting the minutes.
- The minute digits blink, then press the + or - buttons (5 or 6) to scroll the minutes.
- Press button (3) again to freeze the minutes.
Now the alarm time is set.
