Regular descaling of your appliance is a
guarantee of an extended lifetime. The
frequency with which you need to descale your
appliance depends on the hardness of your
water and the way you use the coffee maker.
You will find a summary table below setting
out the descaling frequencies depending on
hardness of water and degree of use.
In case of doubt about the hardness of your
water, descale your device every two months.
Note: No repair to a coffee machine because of:
failure to carry out descaling due to excessive
scaling will be covered by the warranty.
9. GUARANTEE
Your appliance is supplied with a guarantee but
any incorrect connection, handling or use other
than those described in the instructions will
invalidate this guarantee.
This product has been designed for domestic
use only. Any commercial use, inappropriate
use or failure to comply with the instructions,
the manufacturer accepts no responsibility and
the guarantee will not apply.
No repairs due to scale are covered by the
guarantee.
10. REPAIRS
If your device fails, send it to an approved
service centre.
Never dismantle the appliance! (In the event
that you dismantle it, the warranty will no
longer be valid).
