Schokolade hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen. Eier trennen. Die Butter cremig
rühren,Eigelb,ZuckerunddiegeschmolzeneSchokoladeunterrühren.
Eiweiß steif schlagen und auf die Schokoladencreme setzen. Die Mandeln mit
Mehl und Backpulver mischen, über den Eischnee streuen und alles vermischen.

gebenundimvorgeheiztenBackofenbei200°Cca.20Minutenbacken.
Die abgekühlten Törtchen mit Kuvertüre überziehen.
