操作手順

マシンの電源を接続すると、長いビープ音と共にコンピュータの電源が入ります。液晶画面のすべて

のセグメントが 2 秒間点灯し、以下のようにホイールの直径が 78 インチとして表示されます。

ボタン機能

Total Reset (完全リセット)

コンピュータを完全にリセットする場合に使用します。

Recovery (回復率)

心拍数の回復率をテストするために使用します。

Down (ダウン)

トレーニングモードを選択したり、設定値を下げたりするために使

用します。

Mode (モード)

メインメニューですべてのエクササイズデータ設定を確定するた

めに使用します。プログラム実行中に設定を確定するための確定ボ

タンとして使用します。

Up (アップ)

心拍数の回復率をテストするために使用します。トレーニングモー

ドを選択したり、設定値を上げたりするために使用します。

Reset (リセット)

随時機能をリセットするために使用します。[RESET] (リセット) を

押す前に、[STOP] (停止) を押してください。

Start/Stop (開始/停止)

エクササイズを開始または停止する場合に使用します。

メインメニューが表示されます。マニュアルモードですぐに開始する場合は、[START] (開始) を押

します。すべての数値 (速度、距離、時間) はゼロからカウントされます。抵抗レベルは、[UP] (アップ)

または [DOWN] (ダウン) を押して、エクササイズ中いつでも変更することができます。
