Cake (gâteau)
Ingrédients
250 g de farine de froment fi ne à faible teneur en gluten
250 g de sucre en poudre blanc
15 g de levure chimique
150 g d'eau
75 g de margarine à env. 80 % de matière grasse
3 à 4 œufs (185 g d'œuf battu)
Pour la cuisson : papier sulfurisé d'un diamètre d'env. 200 mm.
Préparation
1. Veillez à ce que les ingrédients soient à température ambiante.
2. Battez les œufs et le sucre pendant 2 à 3 minutes puis ajoutez-y la margarine
fondue. Incorporez progressivement la farine, la levure chimique et l'eau.
3. Mélangez le tout pendant 10 minutes supplémentaires.
4. Versez la pâte dans un moule ou sur une plaque de cuisson tapissé(e) de papier
sulfurisé. Placez le moule au centre du plateau tournant.
5. Réglez le programme Combiné C5 (voir «Cuisson automatique» à la page 83).
Laissez cuire 26 minutes à 170° C.
