750 g festkochende geschälte Kartoffeln
300 g Sahne
100 g geriebener Käse mit einem Fettgehalt von
25% bis 30 % Fett i. Tr.
• Gewürze
Zubereitung
1. Kartoffeln in ca. 3 – 4 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden.
2. Danach ungefähr die Hälfte der Kartoffeln dachziegelartig in der Aufl aufform
anordnen.
3. Nun mit ungefähr der Hälfte des Käses bestreuen, die Hälfte der Gewürze hinzu-
geben und ca. 150 g Sahne hinzugeben.
4. Dann wird der Rest der geschnittenen Kartoffeln ebenfalls dachziegelartig darü-
ber gelegt und mit den restlichen Zutaten bedeckt.
Das beste Ergebnis erzielen Sie durch Einstellung des Autoprogramms A-9
(Kartoffelgratin).
5. Drücken Sie im Standby-Modus (Uhrzeit wird angezeigt) die Taste MENU
mehrmals, um das Programm A-9 einzustellen.
6. Drücken Sie auf die Taste
, um den Garvorgang zu starten.
Ein Vorheizen ist nicht erforderlich.
