Folding stabilising bar
This bar is used to stabilize the
backrest.
To be able to fold the wheelchair,
the release lever must be pushed
inwards (Fig. 6.29) or released and
the stabilising must be flipped
downwards. When unfolding the
wheelchair, please make sure that
the stabilising bar is locked into
position.
Headrest (Fig. 6.28)
You can adjust the height of the
headrest and it can be moved
forwards and backwards,
horizontally. To do this, loosen the
screw (1 or 2). This is how you can
adjust to the required positions.
Re-tighten the screws (see the
page on torque).
Adjustable Back Sling,
(Fig. 6.26)
The adjustable back sling can be
adjusted for tension by parting the
Velcro® straps and moving them
through the buckles (1). When the
desired tension is achieved, press
the Velcro back together.
Repeat the process for each strap.
The back sling upholstery can be
accessed from the inside via an
opening and can be padded to suit
individual tastes.
WARNING!
Ensure that each strap is firmly secured before using the wheelchair.
Backrest
Height-adjustable Backrest
The backrest height can be
adjusted from 350 mm -
500 mm (depending on the
backrest position). Release the
bolts (1)+(2), and push the
backrest tube to the desired
position. Tighten up the bolts
again (Fig. 6.23).

Angle Adjustable Backrest
The angle of the backrest
can be set to 6 different
positions (-5° forwards, 0°, 5°,
10°, 15° and 20° backwards).
To adjust the angle, remove
the screw (1), set the desired
angle and then re-tighten the
screw. (Fig. 6.24). By
releasing the clamp lever (1)
the backrest height can be
infinitely adjusted from 350
mm – 500 mm.

By pulling both levers
together (1), you can release
the backrest and then move
it to the desired position.
On releasing the two levers
(1) the backrest will
automatically lock into place
(Fig. 6.25).
WARNING!
The reclining backrest can only be used in conjunction with
the wheelbase extension.
It is recommended that the reclining backrest is used in
conjunction with anti-tip tubes (maximum ground clearance
30 mm - 50 mm).
We recommend that the reclining backrest is used in
conjunction with a stabilising bar.

Trunk support
The trunk support can be adjusted
in angle, depth and height (see Fig.
6.27). It can be swung away by
turning the release lever (1).

One Hand Operation

To propel the chair straight forward
both handrims must be used.
To fold the wheelchair disconnect
the telescopic bar by pushing the
release inward (1). To take off the
wheels pull release knob (2).
CAUTION!
Make always sure that the
connections are set properly to
avoid injuries.
