❏ Use the machine only with a stop guide reglet.
❏ Before you start work check the state of lubri-
cating oil and make sure that lubrication is
functional.
❏ Do not cut pieces which are too big or too
small for the machine.
❏ It is prohibited to take off the protective shield
on the protective reglet for covering the bot-
tom chain pulley. It is forbidden to make a hole
by the running machine into the full-closed
surface. By doing so there is the danger of in-
jury from reverse impact of the machine!!
❏ During cutting do not ever put your hands un-
der the cut piece or on the chain.
❏ Only chains with cutting teeth which have chip
thickness limitors are allowed to be used.
❏ Chains with cutting teeth which have cutting
angles determined only for stationary machi-
nes, are not allowed to be used.
❏ When you do not use the machine, always
have the protective shield put on.
The chain saw CCP 380 can be connec-
ted only to monophase mains with al-
ternate tension 230V/50-60Hz. The
machine has protective covering II ac-
cording to EN 50 144-1 and has radio
suppressing according to EN 55 014.
Before introducing the machine into
operation make sure that the tension in
the socket corresponds with informati-
on about tension stated on the label of
the machine.
Movable supply is possible to extend in
the following way when necessary:
Length 20 m,
cross-section of wires 3x1,5 mm

Lenght 50 m,
cross-section of wires 3x2,5 mm

Use only such extension cables which
are determined for outside usage and
are relevantly marked.
The chain saw CCP 380 is delivered in perfect
and tested condition and is wrapped in a firm card-
board case. Oil tank of the machine CCP 380 is
not filled with oil.
After delivery take the machine immediately out of
the case and check whether any damage occured
during transport. Damage which happened during
transport should be reported immediately to the
shipper.
The chain saw CCP 380 was developed for multi
purpose usage for carpenter works. The machine
can perform rectangular cuts and adjustable ang-
le cuts to extreme depths. Various sets of chains
guarantee the possibility to choose the right tool
for every purpose of usage. The angle of cut as
big as 60° can be quickly and exactly adjusted for
both sides with the help of two tilting segments
and well readable scale. The machine is equiped
with pull-out guide ruler, which can be slided on
both sides of the table and which guarantees an
accurate straight cut. The guide ruler and protec-
tive reglet can be quickly tilted back by 10° as one
unit. Stretching the chain can be comfortably ad-
justed with the help of a stretcher which is easily
accesable from the front. Suitably shaped hole for
throwing away sawdust ensures reliable draining
of the machine. During cutting the chain is optima-
ly lubricated by the oil dose pump. After switching
the machine on the motor starts running smoothly
with the help of an electronic control unit to its ma-
ximum revolutions. A light diod is placed in the
handle and it signals when the cut performance of
the motor has reached its maximum. In case of
exceeding this loading of the motor, it switches its-
elf automatically off, which protects it from over-
loading. When the machine switches off the
electronically controlled brake gets activated
which significantly shortens the running down
time of the machine.
