Ensure good lighting in your work place and
do not use the machine close to flammable li-
quids or gasses.
Protect yourselves against electrical current.
Do not touch grounded objects, for example
pipes, heating bodies etc.
During work with the machine no people, es-
pecially children, can be present in the wor-
king area. These trespassing people are also
forbidden to touch the machine and its electri-
cal supply.
When you do not use the machine keep it in a
safe, dry and locked place out of reach of
children and trespassing people.
Do not use the machine for any purpose it is
not designed for. Usage of the machine as a
stationery saw is forbidden.
Use suitable and tight working clothes. Do not
wear any jewelery, bracelets, watches etc.
which can be caught by moving parts. At work
in an open area we recommend to wear rub-
ber gloves and working shoes with anti-slip
soles. If you have long hair, protect it with a
net.
Wear protective glasses and, if the case may
be, also a respiratory mask over your mouth.
Check regularly the movable supply and en-
sure its change in a professional service in
case it is damaged. Do not use the movable
supply for carrying the machine and for pulling
the plug out of the socket. Protect the cable
from high temperatures, oil and transport over
sharp edges.
Make sure that the cut piece does not slide or
overturn when cutting. Use binding instru-
ments and preparations.
During work keep a normal working position of
your body. Have a firm working stance and al-
ways keep your balance.
Treat the tools carefully. You can work better
and safer only with sharp and clean tools. You
cannot use defective, blunt tools or tools un-
suitable with their sizes. Mind the instructions
for maintenance and replacement of the tools.
If you do not use the machine, when repairing
or replacing the tools, pull out the movable
supply plug from the socket.
Do not forget any insert assembly spanner in
the machine. Check before switching the ma-
chine on if all spanners and fitting instruments
are removed from the machine.
Prevent unintentional start-up of the machine.
Do not carry the machine connected to mains
with your finger on the switching button.
Also make sure that the switching button is off
before putting the plug into the socket. Do not
ever carry the machine by running chain.
In open areas use only permissible and ap-
propriately marked extension cables. Regu-
larly check the extension cable and when
damaged replace it immediately.
Be careful. Pay attention to what you are
doing. Start your work reasonably and calmly.
Do not use the machine untill you are fully
concentrated.
You must functionally check all the protective
shields and accessories as well as moving
parts before each usage of the machine. All
the parts must be properly assembled and all
conditions for correct operation of the machi-
ne must be fulfilled. Damaged protective
shields and accessories must be professio-
nally repaired or replaced in the authorized
service workshop. Damaged switches must
be replaced by a professional service. Do not
use the machine if the switch cannot be swit-
ched on and off.
Use only such accessories or special acces-
sories which are offered for the particular ma-
chine by its producer.
Repairs can be performed only in the authori-
zed service workshop by trained workers with
usage of original substitute parts. The guaran-
tee does not refer to damage which appeared
from usage of unsuitable parts.
Place the movable supply so the machine
cannot catch it and so it does not cause any
other danger, for example stumbling.
Avert getting the switch stuck in the on positi-
on. Keep the grips and handrails clean and
free of oil and grease.
When inserting the chain mind its right positi-
on. The cutting teeth must be in the position
corresponding to the direction of rotation of
the chain, i.e. arrow placed on the protective
shield.
It is important to have the chain tightened pro-
perly.
Check the tautness of the chain before you
start work and then continuously during your
work. The shift into the cut must be chosen so
that the chain does not stop.
Do not violently change the chosen direction
of the chain during cutting.
It is forbidden to remove protective shields
and instruments and to disable their proper
function.
