4. Measure the upper inside window opening gap in cm
when tilted. The gap size on your window may not be
less than the determined opening size! A larger gap or
window opening is advantageous.
5. If the gap size for the window is less than the
permitted value for the window opening in accordance
with the table, then the window may only be able
to achieve the necessary opening when opened on
swivel. A minimum gap size must also be achieved in
the swivel position. The window transmitter must be
attached in such a way that the minimum gap size is
ensured. We recommend fixing the minimum gap size
with the help of a distance piece.
CODING THE EXHAUST AIR CONTROL
The radio transmitter is not coded at the factory
and must be taught-in to the radio receiver at
initial operation
Please obey the sequence of the following
steps and keep the transmitter and the
magnet ready at hand!
1. Insert the battery (CR2032) into the radio transmitter
with the correct polarity and slide the switch (7) in
position “I” to switch on the radio transmitter. The LED
(5) on the radio transmitter lights up briefly.
2. Insert the plug of the device to be switched (e.g.
extractor hood) into the radio receiver.
3. Then plug the radio receiver into a mains socket.
The LED (4) flashes green for 30 seconds when the
radio receiver is functioning correctly. During this time,
the radio receiver is in learning mode and a radio
transmitter can be taught in.
4. Actuate the radio transmitter within these 30 seconds
by holding the magnet (3) once against the radio
transmitter (2) at the height of the arrow mark and
removing it again. At the radio receiver, the LED (4)
stops flashing and the teach-in process is completed.
The radio transmitter is now taught in to the radio
receiver and the AS-410 is ready for operation.
NOTE
After each power failure, the radio receiver goes
into learning mode for 30 seconds. If no new radio
transmitter is taught in, the old coding is retained.
