Couve lombarda assada com bacon e natas
Quantidades:
150 g de bacon fumado
1 cebola
1 couve lombarda
2 colheres de sopa de óleo
1,5 dl de caldo de galinha
2 dl de natas
pimenta e sal
2 colheres de sopa de sementes de sésamo
Preparação:
Corte a cebola às rodelas fininhas, lave a couve e ripe.
Aqueça o óleo no wok.
Quando o óleo estiver bem quente, frite o bacon no wok.
Junte a cebola e estufe até ficar loura.
Junte a couve ripada e deixe estufar tudo durante cerca de 5 minutos. Perto do fim,
junte as sementes de sésamo.
Deite o caldo de galinha, tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto e deixe estufar tudo
durante cerca de 5 minutos, com tampa.
Por fim, deite as natas e levante fervura.
Bacalhau estufado (para 2 pessoas)
Quantidades:
2 postas de bacalhau fresco
1/2 cebola às rodelas finas
1 colher de sopa de molho de soja
1 colher de sopa de óleo de sésamo
1 dente de alho (picado)
1 colher de sopa de óleo de amendoim
Preparação:
Coloque a grelha de vapor no wok e encha com água até por baixo da grelha.
Coloque o peixe na grelha de vapor, tape o wok e deixe cozer em lume brando até o
peixe estar cozido (10 a 15 minutos).
• Tire o peixe do wok e deite a água fora.
Deite o óleo de amendoim no wok e deixe aquecer bem.
Junte o alho picado, a cebola às rodelas e o molho de soja ao óleo quente e deixe
cozinhar um pouco.
Por fim, deite este molho com alho por cima do bacalhau.
