Gebakken savooikool met spek en room
Benodigdheden :
150g gerookt spek
1 ui
1 savooikool
2 eetlepels olie
1,5 dl kippenbouillon
2 dl room
peper en zout
2 eetlepels sesamzaadjes
Werkwijze :
• Versnipper de ui, was de kool en snij ze in repen.
• Verhit de olie in de wok.
Als de olie goed heet is, roerbak dan het spek in de wok.
• Voeg er ook de ui aan toe en roerbak tot deze begint te kleuren.
Doe vervolgens de gesneden kool aan toe en roerbak dit geheel gedurende ± 5
minuten. Doe er op het einde ook de sesamzaadjes bij.
Doe de kippenbouillon erbij, breng op smaak met het zout en de peper en laat het
geheel stoven gedurende 5 minuten met het deksel erop.
• Voeg tenslotte de room toe en laat nog eventjes doorkoken.
Gestoomde kabeljauw (voor 2 personen)
Benodigdheden :
2 moten kabeljauw
1/2 gesnipperde ui
1 eetlepel sojasaus
1 eetlepel sesamolie
1 teentje knoflook (fijngehakt)
1 eetlepel arachideolie
Werkwijze :
Plaats het stoomrekje in de wok en giet water in de wok tot net onder het
stoomrekje.
Leg de vis op het stoomrekje, doe het deksel op de wok en laat zachtjes stomen tot
de vis gaar is (10 à 15 minuten)
Haal de vis daarna uit de wok en giet het water weg.
Doe de arachideolie in de wok en laat deze goed heet worden.
Doe tenslotte de fijngehakte knoflook, de gesnipperde ui en de sojasaus bij de hete
olie en laat dit nog eventjes verwarmen.
Giet tenslotte deze saus met knoflook over de kabeljauw.
