Preparação
Retire toda a gordura do frango.
Derreta a manteiga, adicione a cebola e deixe fritar durante 1 min. Adicione os
cogumelos e deixo-os fritar durante 1 min. Adicione o pão ralado, sal, pimenta, salsa,
raspa de limão, manjerona, a noz-moscada e o ovo. Mexa tudo muito bem. Introduza
este recheio no frango. Espalhe sal e pimenta na parte exterior do frango. Deixe
repousar.
Aqueça o forno a 250ºC durante 6 min.
Coloque a grelha inferior no recipiente de vidro. Diminua a temperatura para 185ºC.
Coloque o frango diretamente na grelha e deixe-o assar durante 1 hora e 20 min.,
dependendo do peso do frango. Se o frango tostar muito rapidamente, cubra-o com
papel de alumínio.
ATUM GRELHADO
4 pessoas
Marinada: 30 min.
Tempo de cozedura: 8 min.
Ingredientes
4 bifes de atum com cerca de 2 cm de espessura e 180 g cada
Marinada:
¼ de copo com molho de soja
2 colheres de sopa de sumo de limão fresco
6 cebolinhos cortados aos bocadinhos finos, incluindo a parte verde
2 colheres de chá de óleo vegetal
Preparação
Prepare a marinada: coloque o molho de soja, os cebolinhos e o óleo num prato raso.
Coloque os bifes de marinada e vire-os algumas vezes para que possam ficar cobertos
com o molho. Coloque-os no frigorífico cobertos durante 30 minutos.
Aqueça o forno a 250ºC durante 6 min.
Coloque a grelha superior no recipiente de vidro. Reduza a temperatura para 240ºC,
coloque os bifes em conjunto com o cebolinho na grelha e deixe confecionar durante
8 min.
Nota: também pode utilizar salmão em vez de atum.
