Ingredientes
750g de entrecosto às tiras
Para a marinada:
2 laranjas
2 colheres de sopa de mel
1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão
1 colher de sopa de molho Worcestershire (molho inglês)
1 colher de chá de molho de soja
pimenta e sal
Preparação
Corte o entrecosto às tiras para serem mais fáceis de servir.
Prepare a marinada: Raspe a casca das laranjas fina para dentro de um tacho.
Esprema ambas as laranjas e coloque o sumo no tacho juntamente com o mel, o
sumo de limão, o molho de Worcestershire e o molho de soja. Leve ao lume. Mexa
regularmente e deixe o molho cozinhar durante 10 min. Retire o tacho do calor e
deixe arrefecer.
Verta a marinada sobre as tiras de entrecosto. Cubra-as e coloque-as no frigorífico
durante, pelo menos, 4 horas.
Aqueça o forno a 250ºC durante 6 min.
Coloque a grelha inferior no recipiente de vidro. Diminua a temperatura para 200ºC.
Retire as tiras de entrecosto da marinada e deixe-as escorrer. Guarde o molho da
marinada para poder depois espalhá-lo sobre as tiras de entrecosto durante a sua
cozedura. Coloque as tiras de entrecosto na grelha inferior e confecione durante 10
min. Diminua a temperatura até 180ºC e volte a confecionar durante mais 10 a 15
min. Espalhe o molho da marinada sobre as tiras de entrecosto a cada 5 min.
