5.5 WEKELIJKSE EN MAANDELIJKSE EVALUATIE

Wekelijkse Evaluatie

Met de functie voor wekelijkse evaluatie worden uw vorderingen automatisch geanalyseerd. Ook wordt u eraan herinnerd dat

u de trainingen van de vorige week moet controleren. Deze herinnering verschijnt op zondagnacht om 12 uur.

1. Druk op de knop om de herinnering te bekijken.

2. CHECKING YOUR WEEKLY EXERCISES (Uw wekelijkse trainingen controleren) wordt

weergegeven. Druk op OK om de trainingen van vorige week te controleren of houd de knop

Back ingedrukt om terug te keren naar de tijdweergave.

Result (Resultaat) en de volgende gegevens worden weergegeven:

Totaal aantal trainingssessies van afgelopen week

Totale trainingsduur

Totale aantal tijdens de training verbruikte calorieën (Cal/kcal)

Behaald percentage van de wekelijkse streefwaarde (als het programma is ingeschakeld)

Als meer dan 75% van het aanbevolen calorieverbruik is behaald en het programma is

ingeschakeld, worden afwisselend een beker en het display met de resultaten weergegeven.

3. Ga terug naar de tijdweergave door OK ingedrukt te houden.

Opmerking: In de komende week blijft de beker in de tijdweergave bestaan als keuzeafbeelding. U kunt de

afbeelding wijzigen door de knop ingedrukt te houden.
