Inserting and Ejecting the microSD™ Card
Turn o󰀨 the power to this product when inserting and removing the microSD card.
Inserting the microSD Card
Hold the top edge of the microSD card, position the
microSD card so that the terminals are facing the
backside of this product, and slowly insert it into the
microSD card slot until it clicks.

CAUTION
Do not insert the microSD card at an angle. Doing so may
cause damage.
Ejecting the microSD Card
Slowly push in the top edge of the microSD card until it
clicks (1). The lock will be released. Pull out the microSD
card (2).
Make sure there are recorded les in the album.
Click on the desired thumbnail to enter directly into the video / photo
playback mode.
Click the Play button to view its contents.
Make sure the Dash Camera is in the video / photo les playback
mode. To protect / remove protection from the current le, press the
Protect button. The protect / release function is not available during
video le playback.
Switch to the album display mode. To delete all les, press the Select
button, then the Delete button. If the les are locked, unlock them
before deleting them.

Installation
Specied Installation Position over Rear View Mirror
When installing this product to the rear-view mirror, install in a vehicle and in a position that satises all of the following
conditions.
A position where this entire product is within 20% of the top edge of the height of the front windscreen (range within
20% of the actual length, excluding parts overlapping weather strips, mouldings, etc. and masked parts) or is in the
shadow of the rear-view mirror as viewed from the driver’s seat. Note that “20%” as described above is a rough
estimate. Please install the product in accordance with your country’s laws and regulations.
A position where the lens part of this product is within the wiping range of the wiper.
A position where the lens part of this product does not hang over the sunshade and black ceramic lines/black ceramic
pattern.
A position where this product faces in the horizontal direction to the front and side to side.
A position where the power cable can be routed without unnecessary force.
IMPORTANT
Always install this product in the specied installation position to ensure a safe eld of view while driving and to achieve
full performance from the product.

CAUTION
1. Using the rubber mounting straps, attach the Dash
Camera over the vehicles rear view mirror and adjust
the lens to the desired angle.
2. Insert the USB Cigarette Charger into the vehicle
cigarette lighter socket.
3. Insert the Mini USB plug of the power cable into the
USB port of the Dash Camera.
4. Connect the plug (2.5mm) of the cable coming from the
rear camera to the AV IN port of the main unit.
5. Connect the red cable of the rear camera to the + 12V
terminal of your vehicle reverse light.

CAUTION
Install rmly so that it does not come o󰀨. Incorrect
installation may cause this to drop Inspect the

Always use the included parts as specied. There is

Ensure the reverse light of your vehicle is + 12V, as
some modern vehicles are equipped with LED rear
lights.

Connecting the Power Cable

Fully insert this into the vehicle accessory socket to make a good connection. (The location of the accessory socket will
di󰀨er depending on the vehicle.)
CAUTION
The accessory socket will be extremely hot immediately after using the cigarette lighter. The tip of the cigarette lighter
power cable may melt or short circuit if it is plugged in while the socket is hot. Wait for the socket to cool before plugging
in the cigarette lighter power cable.
