Recording Blank Sections
This feature is useful when you want to put some space at the end
of a recording session so that the next recording doesn't start after
the last too closely, but use it wherever you need some blank space
recorded on the disc. Note that you can’t start a recording with a
muted section; only after the recording has started, or at the end of
a recording.
1 While recording, or during record-
pause mode, press •.
The recording indicator starts blinking and a blank space of
about four seconds is recorded. The recorder then goes into
record-pause mode (if you pressed • during recording, the
track number increases by one).
• If you press and hold •,you can record a blank for as long
as you hold down the button.
• Pressing •, (without holding) in record-pause mode
records four seconds of silence from the current position.
Use this to create spaces between tracks when recording in 1-
track synchro mode, for example.
2 Press & to finish the recording session.
• To restart recording, press either # or *.

Cette fonction est utile pour ménager un peu d’espace à la fin
d’une session d’enregistrement, de sorte que l’enregistrement
suivant ne démarre pas trop près du dernier, mais vous pouvez
l’utilisez partout où vous souhaitez enregistrer un espace sur le
disque. Notez que vous ne pouvez pas commencer un
enregistrement avec une zone assourdie; seulement après le

1 Pendant l’enregistrement ou en
mode pause d’enregistrement,
pressez •.
L'indicateur d'enregistrement se met à clignoter et un
espace vierge d'environ quatre secondes est enregistré.
L'enregistreur passe alors en mode pause d'enregistrement
(si vous avez appuyé sur • pendant l'enregistrement, le
numéro de plage augmente d'une unité).
• Si vous maintenez • pressé, vous pouvez enregistrer un
silence tant que la touche est pressée.
• La pression de • (sans maintien) en mode pause
d’enregistrement enregistre quatre secondes de silence à
partir de la position actuelle. Utilisez ceci pour créer un
espace entre les plages pendant l’enregistrement en mode
synchro 1 plage par exemple.
2 Appuyez sur & pour terminer la
session d'enregistrement.
• Pour reprendre l'enregistrement, appuyez sur # ou sur *.
